How It Works

BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and tissue repair via NO pathway modulation. TB-500 (Thymosin β4) regulates actin polymerization and cell migration. The combination provides complementary mechanisms for accelerated musculoskeletal and soft-tissue recovery.

Potential Benefits

  • Synergistic tissue repair: BPC-157 + TB-500 target complementary pathways.
  • Accelerated healing of tendons, ligaments, and muscle.
  • Anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective properties.
  • Wide safety margin in preclinical data.

Side Effects & Risks

  • Mild injection-site reactions.
  • Both peptides prohibited by WADA in competitive sports.
  • Long-term human safety data limited.

Important Notes

  • Both BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited by WADA.
  • Rotate injection sites to reduce local irritation.
  • For localized injuries, inject near (not into) the affected area.

Storage Instructions

  • Lyophilized: −20 °C (−4 °F).
  • Once mixed: 2–8 °C; use within 14 days.
